Certificate Terms

1. All terms of use are applicable to graphics purchased with PollyBucks.

2. PollyBucks purchases are NON refundable.

3. PollyBucks are NON transferable and must be used by the original recipient or the purchaser only, unless other arrangements have been made.

4. PollyBucks can NOT be used to purchase a commercial license.

5. PollyBucks certificates must be used within 1 year from the date of purchase.

6. No refunds are given for unused portions of a PollyBucks certificate, however, you don't have to spend it all at one time. You can spend portions of your PollyBucks until you have spent it all, up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

6. If you go over your PollyBucks certificate limit, you will be required to submit additional funds to cover the balance.

7. PollyBucks can only be purchased in the denominations available below.

Be sure to add the name, web site URL and e-mail address of the person you are sending the certificate to in the comment section at checkout. If you forget to do this, you can send the information to me in e-mail. A notification of your gift will be sent to the recipient wrapped up in a very nice e-mail! A running balance will be kept until the certificate has been fully used. The recipient will be informed of their remaining certificate balance with each purchase until it reaches it's maximum value.
